New MindLINK® Software Update

Advantages of the new MindLINK® Software system:

  • Improved entry for newcomers; simplified & intuitive operation for beginners.

  • All modules (myMenu, myEmo & PREVEN TEST) are now combined in one software system.

  • New feature: overview of orders that have already been placed with suppliers

  • Improved documentation: Text can be entered – for clients, at the pretest and for the individual testelements that show resonance. Extra space for your personal notes.

  • Different expansion levels of the modules (Basic, Advanced, Pro) which you can flexibly adapt to your needs.

  • The plus for long-term users: Experienced users will find suggestions through the more detailed pretest, such as various options for the General File and various options for entries (via test elements or the client).

 

Information for users of the current version of the MindLINK software modules:

Important for everyone who already works with the MindLINK software system

Update and transfer of your data - instructions and procedure

  1. You will receive new login data (will be sent automatically by December 14, 2020).
  2. Login to new software.
  3. Your data (client lists, personal data and tests carried out and saved) from the old software will be retained and transferred to the new version.
  4. You can take advantage of the new PRO version and start immideately. If you have any questions, the MindLINK® support team is available for you.

IMPORTANT NOTE

ONLINE USERS

Your saved data and tests of your clients are of course still available in the new version. Access to the "old" version is only enabled until January 31, 2021.

Please note:

  • Technical support, infrastructure, maintenance and consulting for the old software version will be discontinued at the end of 2021.

  • Upgrading to the new version is free of charge until January 31, 2021. A switch after this date is only possible after consultation and at additional costs.

  • The new software can only be used in conjunction with a service contract.

OFFLINE USERS

Technical support, infrastructure, maintenance and consulting for the old software version will be discontinued at the end of 2021. We therefore strongly recommend that you switch to the new software.

A change to the new version is free of charge until January 31, 2021. A change after this date is only possible after consultation and at additional costs.

  • The new software will not be available as offline version
  • If you wish to switch: Please send info to office@mindlink.info. You will automatically receive your login data by email.
  • Unfortunately, old data (clients, tests) cannot be transferred into the new software.
  • The new software can only be used in conjunction with a service contract.
